Ingredients:
Bread -6 slices
Onion - 1 medium
Green chili - 3 big (chopped)
Coriander leaves - for garnishing
Curry leaves - 5 to 6
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
urad dall - 1/2tsp
Turmeric powder - 2tsp
Salt - according to the taste
Preparation time -10minutes
Cooking time - 10 minutes
Preparation:
Cut Bread into to small cubes.
Add salt and turmeric powder.
Heat oil, add onion, Green chili, mustard seeds, urad dall and curry leaves.
Then add salt to it.
Now add Bread and stir it.
Finally add coriander leaves
