Boondi Curry

Ingredients:

Boondi - 2 cups
Tomatoes - 2
Chopped onions - 1 cup
Green chili - 3
Ginger garlic paste - 1 spoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 spoon
Salt - according to taste.
Chili powder - According to taste
Milk - 1 cup
Oil - 2 spoons
Mustard seeds - 1 spoon
Curry leaves - 4 stems.
Asafoetida (Enguva) - 1 Pinch


Preparation of Boondi Curry:


1. Take a bowl and place it on the stove.
2. Then add oil, mustard seeds, vertically cutted green chili, curry leaf.
3. Fry them finely 
4. Then add finely chopped onions, tomato
5. Let them fry finely.
6. After they get cooked, add ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder.
7. Mix them finely.
8. After sometime add 1/4 cup water in it.
9. Then close it with a lid.
10. After tomato get cooked finely then add Boondhi and milk in it.
11. Therefore, Boondi curry is ready.


About Boondhi Curry :

Most of the people know that we can make hot boondi and sweet boondi. we can make mixture by adding hot boondi and we can make ladoo by sweet boondi. But no one know about boondi curry. It is very simple to prepare. The ingredients used in this recipe are good for health. The curry is amazing in taste.
