Kanda Perugu patchadi / Tapoica curd chutney

Ingredients: Kanda ( Tapoica) - 1/4 Kg
Curd - 2 cups
Salt - According to taste
Green chili - 4
Red chili - 3
oil - 3 spoons
Mustard seeds - according to need
Turmeric powder - 1 pinch
Curry leaves - 2 stems
Coriander - little 


Preparation of Kanda Perugu Patchadi /Tapoica curd chutney :

1. Peel the skin of kanda / Tapoica  and cut it into pieces.

2. Then wash those pieces finely and boil them in water.

3. Then after they get boil, then smash them finely.

4. Take curd in a bowl, add turmeric powder, salt and the smashed kanda / Tapoica.

5. Mix them finely.6. Now place a bowl on the stove

.7. Then add mustard seeds and fry them

8. Now add them in the curd mixture.

9. When the mixture is hot then only add curry leaf.

10. Then garnish with coriander which is chopped as slights.

11. Therefore, Kanda Perugu patchadi /  Tapoica curd chutney is ready.

This will be amazing while having it as a combination for rice and chapati.
