Gluten free pan cake

Ingredients:

Rice powder - 180g
Gluten free wheat powder - 3 table spoons
Potato boiled water - 70g
Butter milk - 1 1/2 cup
sugar - 1 spoon
Baking soda - 1 1/2 spoon
 salt - 1/2 spoon
Eggs - 2
Sun flower oil - 3 table spoon
Water - 2 cups

Preparation of Gluten free Pan cake :

1. Take a bowl
2. Add rice powder, wheat powder, smashed potato and add some water.
3. Let them boil for sometime.
4. Now add butter milk , baking soda, sugar and salt.
5. let them mix finely
6. Take another bowl.
7. Add egg yolk, water, oil and mix them finely beating.
8. Then add rice powder mixture.
9. Now place a pan on the stove.
10.Let it heat.
11. Now pour 1/4 cup mixture on the pan and then spread it on the pan.
12. Fry it on both the sides.
13. So do same process with the remaining mixture.
14. To make these pan cake more tasty then pour sugar syrup or honey on pan cake.
15. Therefore, Gluten free pan cake is ready.

About Gluten free pan cake:

Actually Gluten is not good for health. So we prepare gluten free pan cake. This is very easy to prepare. There is no need to do  hard work to prepare this. Its just preparing 2 different mixtures and mixing those 2 mixtures then making pan cake by this mixture. Really very simple.
