Borghol Recipe

Ingredients:

Kandi Pappu (Toor Dal) - 1/2 cup
Rice - 2 table spoon
Onion pieces - 1/4 spoon
Finely chopped coriander -1 table spoon
cooking soda - 1 Pinch
Salt - according to taste
mustard oil - according to the necessity.

Preparation of Borghol Recipe :

1. Take  a bowl and soak toor dal and rice in water before day.
2. Add remaining ingredients and grind these soaked mixture finely.
3. Place a pan on the stove and add oil in it.
4. Now take the mixture with a large spoon.
5. Now drop the mixture in the heated oil.
6. Then let it fry.
7. When they change the color to golden brown color then take them on to the serving plate where tissue paper is spread. So that tissue paper absorb the oil.
8. Therefore, Borhol Recipe is ready.
