Mushrooms 65

Ingredients:

Mushrooms - 2kg
Corn flour - 1 tea spoon
curry leaf - 4 stems
tomato - 2
red chili - 2
Soya sauce - 1 1/4 spoon
salt - 1 pinch
coriander - little
curd - 250ml
chili powder - 1 1/2 tea spoon
Ginger garlic paste - 1 spoon
Pepper - 1/2 tea spoon
Garlic - 10 petals ( finely chopped)

Preparation of Mushrooms 65:

1. Finely wash mushrooms and then cut into pieces.
2. Take a bowl add mushroom, curd, chili powder, ginger garlic paste and pepper.
3. Let it soak for few minutes.
4. Place a pan on the stove and add oil in it for deep fry.
5. Add maida in the soaked mixture.
6. Then add cornflour and mix them finely.
7. Now drop the mixture in oil and deep fry.
8. Place another pan on the stove.
9. Then add oil in it.
10. Now fry chopped garlic and curry leaf then tomato, red chili and soya sauce.
11. Mix them finely
12. Then add salt and fry chili's.
13. Now add fried mushrooms in it.
14. Close the lid.
15. After some time off the flame.
16. Take the curry onto serving plate and garnish with coriander.
17. Therefore, Mushrooms 65 is ready.
