Chicken Pan cake

Ingredients:

Maida - 55g
Salt - 1 Pinch
Eggs - 1
Milk - 140ml
Oil - According to need
Onion stems - 2 ( Well shopped)
Tomatoes - 4 ( Dried in hot sun)
Chicken - 50g (Cooked on steam)

Cheese Sauce :
butter - 25g
Maida - 25g
Milk - 225 ml
cheese - 100g
fresh pepper powder - According to the taste

Preparation of chicken pan cake:

1. Take maida and salt in a bowl.
2. Mix them finely.
3. Take eggs yolk and milk in another bowl.
4. Mix them finely by beating.
5. Now mix this mixture in maida  mixture.
6. For preparing cheese sauce, melt butter by boiling it and then take 25g maida.
7. Mix butter and maida finely.
8. Now place this on the stove.
9. After a minute add milk in it.
10. Let it boil until the mixture become thick.
11. Then add cheese, pepper powder in it.
12. Now mix them finely and off the flame.
13. Now place a pan on the stove and apply little oil on it.
14. Then drop a little maida mixture which we prepared just now.
15. Then move the pan.
16. Therefore, pan cake  is ready.
17. Now cut the chicken  pieces in round shape and then place them on pan cake.
18. Then place onions, tomatoes and then add chicken on them.
19. Now take them into serving plate .
20 therefore, Chicken pan cake is ready.
