Colorful Poori

Ingredients:

Wheat flour - 1/2Kg
Milk - 1/4 Kg
Tomato - 4
Turmeric powder - 1 Pinch
Palak( Spinach) - 3 cups
Salt - according to taste
Oil - According to need

Preparation of Colorful Puri :
1. Remove the skin of the tomato and then cut into pieces.
2. Then remove seeds from these tomato pieces.
3. Then make tomato puree using mixy.
4. Now wash palak thoroughly.
5. Then chop finely.
6. Now cook this finely chopped palak using cooker for 3 whistle.
7. Then off the flame.
8. After it gets cool then grind it finely using mixy.
9.Therefore, palak puree is ready.
10.Now take a bowl.
11. Then add wheat floor, salt and milk in it.
12. Knead them finely.
13. Now divide this mixture into 3 parts into 3 bowls.
14. Now add palak puree in first part, turmeric powder in second part and tomato puree in 3rd part.
15. Now take turmeric mixed mixture and make like a lengthy rope.
16. Then make palak puree mixed mixture and make like a lengthy rope manner.
17. Then make tomato puree mixed mixture and make lengthy rope manner.
18. Now role turmeric rope with palak and then tomato.
19. Then make chapati using chapati making stick.
20. Now place a wide bowl on the stove.
21. Add oil in it so that we can deep fry.
22. Let the oil get boil.
23. Then fry these poori's.
24. Now off the flame.

Colorful Poori is like normal poori by adding flavors. These are mostly used prepared in occasion of holy festival.
