Tomato Fish curry

Ingredients:

Fish pieces -4
Mustard oil - 4 table spoon
Turmeric powder - 2 1/2 spoon
Salt - taste
Sugar - 1/4 spoon
Mustard seeds - 1/2 spoon
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 spoon
Cumin seeds powder - 1 spoon
Coriander seed powder ( Dhaniya powder) - 1 spoon
Chili powder - 1 spoon
Tomato - 3 (made into puree)
Lime juice - 2 spoons
Finely chopped coriander - 1/4 cup

Preparation of tomato fish curry :

1. Take a bowl and place fish pieces in it.
2. Then add 2 spoons of turmeric powder and salt.
3. Now clean and wash the fish pieces thoroughly.
4. Now place a wide bowl on the stove and add oil.
5. Then drop these fish pieces in this wide bowl.
6. Let them fry for sometime.
7. so that they change into wheat color.
8. Now remove fishes from the pan and place them in a bowl.
9. Now add mustard seeds in that oil.
10. Let them fry and then add ginger garlic paste.
11. After 2 minutes add remaining turmeric powder, sugar, cumin powder, coriander seed powder and red chili powder.
12. After 5 minutes add tomato puree and salt.
13. Let them cook for 10 minutes then add 1/2 cup  water in it.
14. While this mixture is getting cooked then add fried fish pieces.
15. After 5 or 6 minutes add lime juice and chopped coriander.
16. Now off the flame.
17. Therefore, tomato fish curry is ready.

About Tomato Fish Curry:

 Its a good combination with rice. The taste is amazing.
