Honey Pan Cake

Ingredients:

Cottage chicken - 25g
Maida - 75g
Baking Powder - 1/2 spoon
Eggs - 2
Custard sugar - 1 table spoon
Vineela essence - 4 to 5 drops
Butter  - little
Phigs - 4 ( chopped into pieces)
Honey - Little


Preparation of honey pan cake:

1. Grind the chicken by using mixy.
2. Then add all the ingredients except butter and egg yolk.
3. Then mix them using mixy
4. now take this mixture into a bowl.
5. Now take egg yolk in a bowl and beat it finely.
6. Then add this egg yolk in the chicken mixture.
7. Now place a pan on the stove.
8. Apply butter to it.
9. Then pour the mixture on it.
10. Then fry it on both the sides.
11. Therefore, honey pan cake is ready .

Pan cake means most of the people think that we can get cakes in shops only. We cannot make them in home. But here this is a recipe we can prepare at home itself very easily.
