Cheese Pan Cake

Ingredients:

Maida - 50g
Finely chopped parmesan cheese -60g
Salt - According to taste
Pepper - according to taste
Chopped cucumber / Kheera - 130g
Eggs ( Finely beaten  egg yolk) - 1
Finely chopped onions - 2 table spoons
 Melted butter - 2 table spoons
cream - 80g
mayonize - 2 table spoons

Preparation of Cheese Pan Cake :

1. Take a wide bowl.
2. Add maida, finely chopped cheese and pepper powder.
3. Now take another bowl.
4. Add finely chopped cucumber / Kheera, egg yolk, chopped onions, mayonize.
5. Mix them finely.
6. Now add this mixture in maida.
7. Mix these both mixtures finely.
8. Now place a wide pan on the stove.
9. Increase the flame.
10.Then apply butter to the pan.
11. Now drop the maida mixture on the pan.
12. Fry it on both the sides.
13. If you want you can add more butter.
14. After cheese pan cake get fry then take them on to the serving plate by placing tissue paper on the place.
15. Then garnish the cheese pan cake with cream.
16. Therefore, cheese pan cake is ready.
