Corn golden Balls

Ingredients:
Potatoes - 4
Bread Powder - 1 cup
Maida - 4 table spoon
Coriander - 1 table spoon
Salt - according to taste.
Oil - sufficient to fry
Chili powder - 1 tea spoon
Corn - 1/2cup
Cumin seed powder (zeera Powder) - 1/2 tea Spoon

Preparation of Corn Golden Balls:

1. Place a bowl on the stove.
2. Then boil potatoes in it.
3. After potatoes get boil, peel the skin and smash the potatoes completely until it form as a paste.
4.Now boil Corn seeds.
5. Then take a bowl, add potato paste, cooked corn seeds, salt, chili powder, Zeera powder, Chopped Coriander.
6. Now knead all these finely.
7. Then make this mixture into small balls which are known as potato corn balls..
8. Now take a bowl and some maida then add water so that the mixture will be slippery.
9. Now place a wide bowl on the stove and add sufficient oil for deep fry.
10. Let the oil get boil.
11.Now take potato corn balls and dip them in the maida slippery mixture then roll them on bread powder.
12. Then fry these balls in the wide bowl where oil is boiling.
13.Let the balls fry until they change the color to golden color.
14.Now spread a tissue paper on a plate and place these fried balls on it.
15.Therefore, Corn golden Balls are ready.
