Oats Uthappam

Ingredients:

Oats - 2 cups
Samya (Bambino) - 1 cup
Curd - 2 cups
Green chili - 4
Coriander - little
Tomato - 1
Salt - according to the taste
Oil - Little

Preparation of Oats Uttapam:
1. Wash Green chili, Onions, Tomato thoroughly.
2. Then chop them as slights.
3. Now soak Oats in curd and soak samya in water.
4. After 2 hours remove samya from water and mix in curd & oats.
5. Then add finely chopped onions, tomatoes, onions and and coriander.
6. Now add salt and mix all items finely.
7. If the mixture is bit hard then add some water in it.
8. Now place a pan on the stove.
9. Let it heat for some time.
10. Now pour the oats mixture with curd on the pan as Uthappam.
11. Then fry it on both the sides
12. Therefore, Oats Uthappam is ready
