Khar Recipe

Ingredients:

Mustard oil - 1/4 cup
Ginger garlic paste - 1spoon
Fine chopped bottle gourd
Green chili - 1
salt - taste
sugar - 1 spoon
Mustard seeds for seasoning - 1/2 spoon
Cooking soda - 1/4 spoon

Preparation of Khar recipe:

1. Place a bowl on the stove and add oil in it.
2. Let the oil get boil.
3. Then add mustard seeds and ginger garlic paste.
4. Fry them for few minutes.
5. Then add chopped bottle gourd, Green chili, salt, sugar and cooking soda.
6. Then  mix them finely and let them cook for 15 minutes.
7. According to the necessity sprinkle water on it.
8. Now add ginger paste and then mix finely.
9. After 2 minutes add mustard oil on it and then off the flame.
10. Therefore, Khar  is ready.

Khar recipe is a curry made of bottle gourd. Amazing in taste. We can have it with the combination for rice, puri and chapathi
