Fish curry with mustard water

Ingredients:

Fish Pieces - 4
Mustard oil - 1/2 cup
Turmeric powder - 2 spoons
Salt - According to taste
Sugar - 1/4 spoon
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 Spoon
Green chili - 2
Soaked mustard and crushed mixture - 1 spoon
Tomato sauce - 2 spoons
Chopped coriander - little

Preparation of Fish curry with mustard water

1. Finely wash and clean fish pieces using  salt and turmeric powder.
2. Place a wide bowl on the stove and add oil in it.
3. Then fry these fish pieces now.
4. Let them fry until they change into golden brown in color.
5. Now remove the fried fish pieces in a bowl.
6. Then add one more spoon of oil in the wide bowl.
7. Then add onion pieces in it and fry them for some time.
8. Then add ginger garlic paste, green chili and sugar.
9. Now mix 2 spoons of mustard mixture in water and add it in the wide bowl.
10.Then reduce the flame.
11. Then let them cook for a 8 minutes.
12. Now add tomato sauce in it.
13. After  a minute add salt and 1/4 cup water.
14. Then add fishes while mustard water is boiling.
15. After 2 minutes off the flame.
16. Then add coriander.
17. Therefore, Fish curry with mustard water is ready.
