Surali Sweet

Ingredients:

Maida - 2cups
Ghee - 4table spoon
Salt - 1pinch
Dry chopped coconut - 2cups
Elachi Powder (cardomom) -1 tea spoon
Oil - sufficient for frying

Preparation of Surli Sweet:

1. Take bowl, add maida, a pinch of salt, melted ghee and Sufficient water.
2. Now mix them as a mixture of Puri.
3. Let this mixture soak for 15 minutes.
4. Now place a bowl on the stove. Add dry chopped coconut and sugar.
5. Mix them finely and let them cook for some time.
6. when the mixture form like thick sugar syrup then add Elachi powder.
7. Now make the maida mixture as small chapattis.
8. Now fry these chapatti's in oil. But don't fry them until they become crispy.
9. Now place the coconut mixture on that chapatti and roll it.
10. Therefore, Surali sweet ready.
