Heart of Paradise

Ingredients:

Crapes - 4
Pudeena - 5 g
Cream cheese - 120g
Icing sugar - 40g
custard - 30g
mosamber juice - 15ml
Peech fruit (cooked and peeled its skin) pieces - 2
Custard sugar - 20g
Water - 50ml
Star Anise (Anaspuvvu) - 2
Elachi ( cardomom) -4
Thinly chopped ginger - 5g
Butter papers - few


Ingredients for preparing crapes:


Maida - 1 cup
Eggs - 2
Milk - 1/2cup
Water - 1/2 cup
Salt - 1/4 spoon
Melted butter - 2 table spoons


Preparation of Crapes :


1. Take a wide bowl.
2. Add maida, egg yolk and beat them finely. So that they get mixed thoroughly.
3. Then add milk and water in it, then mix them again.
4. Then add salt and melted butter in it.
5. Let the mixture become soft.
6. Now place this mixture as dosa in tray and back it.
7. Therefore,crapes are ready.


Preparation of Heart of Paradise:


1. Take a bowl
2. Add cheese, half Icing sugar.
3. Then mix them.
4.Now add pudeena, custard powder, mosambar juice
5. Mix them finely.
6. Therefore, custard mixture will be ready.
7. Now make this mixture into round molds like balls.
8. Now take butter paper and place crape on it and then cover the custard mold.
9. After preparing keep them in refrigerator for 2 hours. then take them out and remove butter paper. then the mold will look like cups.
10.Now these into a bowl and sprinkle remaining icing sugar on  them.
11. Now take a small bowl.
12. Add peach fruit and remaining all ingredients in it.
13.Mix them finely  and place it on the stove.
14.Now this mixture forms in syrup with peach fruit pieces.
15. We should serve this mixture with custard crapes which we prepared before.
